Hi Friend,

I’m Adrienne, RN!

I help people balance their blood sugars to live their BEST life.

Our Story

my mother’s health crisis

She was in Stage 4 kidney disease from her T2 diabetes (was on insulin) and was told to prepare for dialysis very soon. A1c above 14.

Her Drive to find a solution

Determined to survive for her family, she fought for answers. We joined forces to research to find what ACTUALLY worked and would get REAL results.

The 30% Solutionâ„¢ Framework

After many months of experimenting, researching, & tweaking, she FOUND what REALLY worked to jump-start her transformation!
Final A1c below 6 and kidneys healed!
